Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information.
Remember, you can’t cancel or modify you order if it has progressed to an advanced preparation status.
You can view items you have selected for purchase, order a gift card, and change or delete the number of items on your order all from your shopping cart.
Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, we will notify you in this section.
To find the correct size, first take you bust, hip and waist measurements, either in inches or centimeters. When you have the measurements, find the size that corresponds best with your results in the chart above.

Your order will be charged at the time of shipment.
If you’ve paid with Paypal, the payment will go through as soon as the purchase is completed.
Some banking institutions may withhold a pre-authorization and an actual charge. This amount will automatically be deleted. If that is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank so they may expedite removal of the pre-authorization withholding amount.

Due to COVID-19 shipping delivery times may be delayed. Please track your item using the tracking information of your confirmation email.
Standard delivery - 4.95 USD / FREE (Orders over 50 USD.) The estimated delivery period is 2-4 business days, depending on the delivery address.
The time periods indicated above will be longer for more remote regions.
Please note that while most deliveries are made during business days (some exceptions may apply).
Express delivery - 9.95 USD. The estimated delivery period is 1-2 business days.

How to Return
How do I access my invoice?
If you have a Demure account, log in with your username and password. You will see the option to download your electronic receipt under the details section of the order you wish to return.
We'll email you a label to attach to the return package which you can then drop off at any drop point.
Remember, your return parcel must be post marked within a 30 day time frame from the shipment confirmation email
If you have made your purchase as a guest, you can find the receipt in the link included in the emails we've sent you regarding your order.
How To Make An Exchange
You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors. If you prefer to exchange it for a different item, return it and make a new purchase.
To request an exchange, access your order and select the item you wish to return and the size for which you want to exchange it. To return your original item, we offer you FREE options that can be consulted in the RETURNS section. You have 14 days from the exchange request to return your merchandise. If this period has passed and we have not received the original items, you will be charged for the amount of the items from the second shipment via your original payment method.
The ONLINE EXCHANGE option is available for orders made as a registered user and paid with: American Express, MasterCard and VISA (some of these payment methods may not be available in your country or region).
Only one exchange request can be done at a time for the same order. You may add up to 5 items per exchange request.

The exchange option will not be visible if the purchased item is no longer available.
The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.
You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been completed.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Afterpay?
Simply shop online or in-store (where available) and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!
